Leanna Hendrick Olsen has lived her entire life in Central Oklahoma. She
graduated from Seminole State College with an Associate Degree in Nursing . She spent more than twenty years working in the
Shawnee and Okahoma City areas. Leanna has worked as a nurse in the emergency room, operating room, and even in home health
In 1985, Leanna was diagnosed with Fibromyagia and in 1997, she was
diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. She watched her quality of life deteriorate very rapidly. Leanna went from an able bodied,
energetic person to someone who could not get out of bed for days at a time. The traditional therapies for Rheumatoid Arthritis
(Drug therapy such as Enbrel, Methotrexate, Steroids, and pain medications) were not working.
Fearing her future would become one big blur of uncontrollable pain and misery,
Leanna began to seek alternative therapies, in hopes of getting her life back. While on a trip out of state, Leanna visited
a Therapeutic Massage Institute. This visit changed her life. Although the transition was slow, Leanna began to see little
bits of herself starting to shine through.
Leanna used natural products and massage therapy techniques to restore
her health and renew her purpose in life. Let her show you what Therapeutic Modalities can do for you.
